I thought the times when people were clueless were already past. GuildWiki my friends.
"To The Limit" is given during the Temple of Ages quest. "The False Gods"
Its used for more Casual Runs (non-southern Shiverpeak runs) sometimes. Because its a shout you dont have to stop to get Adrenaline, just wait til your running by a big group of enemies. Then again - Adrenaline skills aren't much used on Runs, but if you do have space it can help.
Its mostly not used though because its a waste of a skill slot for 5 adrenaline every 20 seconds (nets upto 15 adrenaline a minute). If your going to be actively fighting - then theres better choices. "For Great justice" is even better. It only alsts 20 secs and has a recharge of 45, but think..in 20 secs you can ~15 times (axe or sword) so thats 15 adrenaline right there, in only 20 secs..wait out the recharge and do it again at 45, and do 15 more secs of it (~10+ strikes) and thats 10 more adrenaline. so it can max at like 25 adrenaline a minute. Battle Rage is the best though. Adrenaline wise its like a "For Great Justice" that can be up the whole 60 secs.
IAS is measured as the best though if your not using an elite for adrenaline. Frenzy/Tigers (for /r) will make you attack faster, thus getting in more net hits a minute, thus more adrenaline. This and they cause more dmg because of IAS also.
